Who is Billy the Bookaneer?

Billy the Bookaneer is a library visitor who wants to go on adventures and learn about all your favorite places and summer activities! He can be checked out of the library for one week at a time. We're asking our patrons and community members to take Billy on local adventures, and then send in their pictures with what Billy's been up to this summer.
